MEET OUR TEAM

Paislee Maggiolo, B.A.

Our earliest relationships significantly shape our self-perception and worldview, influencing how we navigate life. Often, these initial messages persist and guide our ongoing thoughts, emotions, and actions. In therapy, delving into these processes and modifying them when necessary is crucial. I adopt an integrative approach, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship as a primary catalyst for meaningful change, while also integrating concrete coping skills and strategies when required. Above all, I believe that a therapeutic alliance built on mutual respect, trust, and genuine positive regard forms the cornerstone of effective psychotherapy, fostering profound and lasting transformation.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and curious. I understand that coming to therapy can be daunting, however, together we will work as a team to discover meaningful insights and steps forward.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Western University. I am in the final stage of completing a Master of Psychology degree at Adler Graduate Professional School. At Park Hill Psychology, I am working under the supervision of Charity Barfoot, M.Psy., C. Psych. (Registered Psychologist).
